More or less good player should be good at any line. Fedorov was very good at defense. Berggren is trying to be a line driver. If he gets 2 grinders with some skills he could bring some scoring to bottom line.
Bottom line if he gets sit down , the way Berggren playing, coach deserve to get fired

Berggren is not even in the ballpark if mentioning Fedorov. Berggren isn't driving play either.

Why would it perplex you? It's the same coddling Kane needs to "succeed".

When Berggren can put up pts, we can talk, until then he can't even compete with 36 year old on his way out Kane. Sprong is nothing special and he produced with the same ice time and usage as Berggren has had this year. We're venturing into, if AA only got more time, he would be amazing.

Kane can't put up points with the linemates Berggren gets, so what difference does it make? Sprong is a finisher that doesn't interact with his linemates. He'd score the same regardless of where he's playing.

Raymond with a couple grinders won't work lol. Raymond is obviously looking to pass the puck more than he is looking to shoot, so not sure how putting him with 2 grinders will work. If the plan is to have him jumpstart the 2nd line, he needs a sniper like Tarasenko

unless this is Lalondes master plan to have him shoot more because his line mates are grinders?

Thompson will make our D look laughable again. I'll say 6-3 Sabres.
f*** Thompson. Hate him cuz he almost always burns us.

Gus in Holl out. Great this is what it's come to? Swapping out two bad defenseman back and forth just to still suck.

benching berggren very lalonde thing to do. that said needs to start buryin some pucks.
I actually think Berggren has looked solid this year in the areas he used to suck at. Hes won board battles, looked stronger on the puck etc.

If he has 2 goals right now everyone probably loves his game, but its the NHL he needs to produce

I still don't think any line he's been on has looked good but, yeah, a couple of goals would make him look a lot better on the year. Hopefully he can get something going with Kasper and Tarasenko tonight.

Again - in terms of puck control/possession metrics, he is a plus. And that’s the case for just a third of our roster.

I really hope the Wings can bring a bit of light to my day, as this has probably been one of the hardest days of my life. I had to say goodbye to my faithful little friend of 13 years. I could use even the smallest glimpse of joy in this dark moment.

Oh man I'm so sorry. We all know it's coming with pet ownership but it's still so awful.

Eventually that hole in your chest starts to heal and you'll be able to think back on all the memories of those 13 years that make it all worth it in spite of the current heartbreak.

But for now, rooting for the Wings to win for ya.

"Thick fur, thick hide, and thick skulls - that's what actual buffalo bring to the table. One thing that's not thick tonight at Little Caesar's Arena is the margin in the standings between the Sabres and our Wings. With one more game and one more loss than Detroit, Buffalo is no-doubt going to try to break through that thin barrier and stampede past their hosts and get closer to .500 hockey."

Dude. I'm getting my next foster dog tomorrow. Dog, cat, ferret, or tarantula, I feel for you and hope you have nothing but great memories.
