Slaf was starting to get going as a rookie with Monahan and Anderson, just before he got hurt. Let’s hope for a similar result here.

According to Francois Gagnon’s logic, Newhook will move to 1st line wing to try and reboot with Suzuki and Caufield.

Monahan will bump up to 2nd line to try and get Slaf and Anderson going.

Dvorak will play between Pearson and Gally because they are two vets that can adapt.

And the fourth line remains a blender

finally. ive been asking for these lines for the last two weeks.

I hope they won't rush RHP's return.
I'm sure if they listen to him he would play tonight.
Take a few more days to fully heal Raf.
On the other hand, I'm kinda excited to see him on the 4th line where he will look better IMO.

And it may take more than a few days to fully heal, especially if it's an ankle injury...
I think he'll the 4th line. But where I think he can help most is on the opposite wing on the same line with Anderson, or Slaf, regardless of who the center is.

Have they confirmed it's the ankle ?
I thought it was higher than that. Thigh maybe ?

Mony was injured for a month when Slaf got injured.

Slaf-Dvo-Anderson was the line that was going well when Slaf went down.

I've been thinking Slaf would play with Mony but I wouldn't be surprised if we see Slaf-Dvo-Andy since, like you said, they were playing great together

I like Monahan between Slaf and Anderson (or Newhook) - his game is similar to Dach's.
I'm happy pezz is back, the blues ran over NJ last night, with Sammy blais also up to his old shit. Maybe Pezz clams him down a bit.
He wouldn't dare fight wifi
Slaf-Monahan-Anderson
They're first game together
Didn't they score like 20 seconds in?

Then Monahan got hurt that very game
And missed the rest of the year...

Habs coaching stuff in the meeting deciding they will put Slaf and Anderson on the same line again.

In reality, Dach is just taking the year off and Slaf is sucking on purpose so that we get a better draft pick.

Sorry I meant before Monahan got hurt. Slaf was on a roll for a few games playing with him and Anderson.

Why does Slaf deserves Monahan and Caufield and Suzuki demoted. That's horrible
Why did Harvey-Pinard deserve a 1st line role? Why did Anderson deserve time with Suzuki and Cole?

It’s about giving an opportunity to a player that needs help. That should be the focus. Suzuki would still get his playing time, it’s not really a demotion.

Suzuki Caufield duo is not the issue. They can play Monahan Slaf with Newhook perhaps
