When Montgomery first took over, I could not believe how much chemistry the team had. The zone breakouts, in particular, were out of this world. The cohesion was stunning. The latter half of the record breaking season was a little bit less impressive than the first half, but I didn’t think much of it.

In retrospect, it really has been all downhill since the beginning when it all started out so great. Yes, players are older. There’s been some turnover. But it’s become less and less of a “team”. It has become frequent at this point that virtually THE ENTIRE TEAM looks confused as to what they’re supposed to be doing on the ice. NO ONE is on the same page.

It baffles me. And this year it’s really coming through on the scoreboard.

There's been a huge turnover since he came aboard. But the total tailspin of Coyle, Zacha, Frederic, Geekie, and McAvoy this year is just baffling. There's no chance the new guys can fit in if those guys are off the reservation

Going out a limb here and saying this Bruins team is not Cup material.I am fine tanking for draft if they can land top 3 pick.Some studs there and our pipeline is thinner then a schedule 40 pipe.

Because of a hellacious work schedule, I haven’t been able to watch very much of the Bruins this season. I’ve been keeping up with the results, though, and I’m left with this question: what the actual f*ck is going on with this team?
