And that’s where I’m saying it’s on management as well, if people don’t want to play hard then ship their asses out of town. The more you put up with pathetic effort like this, and don’t bench or ship people out... the more contagious this half assing type of play becomes.

IMO they will be much the same as the previous comments, this guy is a leader and I hope he keeps it up and JC/Stan do the right thing and make changes.

As soon as smith is waived they can start the parade up from Rockford for auditions and then Stan can ship some guys out.
