It’s not a cliche. It’s reality. This team has put forth zero effort outside of Lehner. In particular, the veterans. To the eye, it looks almost like a hunger strike of sorts for benching their fat friend.

So if you're JC you just continue icing Seabs to prevent the 'hunger strike?' Let the vets be mad.

Effort is on management? LOL.

Consistency is on the coaches and I think think that has been an issue so far.

Effort is 100% a player issue. If they don't want it then you can force them to. This is not a movie where the coach gives a crazy speech each game and they come out flying.
