I think this reasoning is flawed. If it was just the stars or just the supporting class you could put it on the players mostly but every single person on the roster is underperforming. I'm not sure who else is responsible for how the team plays as a whole then the coach.

Sorry dude I don’t see it that way at all it’s somehow his fault they’re taking this many penalties or them missing that net on key moments is he shooting the pucks at the defenders ? Is he telling them to not shoot so we muster up 9 shots threw 2 periods or 3 shots in the 3rd against the Flyers ? Accountability missing here by players if you want to say he lost the room that’s fine but he seems well liked for that

It's not necessarily his fault its happening but it's his job to stabilize it and he's getting worse at that every game.
