Good coach, terrible fit for this roster and the team needed a culture change after last season. Only thing that sucks for Monty is he'll get canned during the season so no quick turnaround like Cassidy.

I don't think they needed a new coach. They needed a bratty entitled middle roster vet like Carlo or Coyle traded.
