I view Monty a lot like Brunnet from Nashville (not even considering their similar struggles.) They are guys that can oversee a well oiled team of vets that know what to do to win games in the RS and can be either a silent voice or detriment in the playoffs. However he is unable to develop a new gameplan when the going gets tough.

He's not, but its easier to start with a new coach then trade every player that is will be undervalued at this point
