The key to tonight's game: Gallagher-Galchenyuk-Prust

I'm calling it right now. If they play well, we win. If they don't, we lose. Let's go Habbies

We have two other line that can out play them. The real key is Cole and Patches coming back into their own.

Our best offensive wingers.

DD line better wake up tonight or else it'll definitely be time to break them up.

And Eller deserves a ****ing promotion. Can't believe he's still on the fourth line.

Seems like Therrien agrees with you. He's found ways to give Eller extra
ice time the last few games.

Not you fault, but everyone refers to the DD line needing to wake up.
DD has woken up. It's the MaxPac/Cole line that needs to wake up.

Yeah, you're right. Patches and Cole (especially) have indeed been awful.

Can't wait to get rid of this pathetic avatar of mine. Seems like we keep on losing since I changed it.

Please beat the Leafs today.

Can MT put Eller with Galchenyuk and Gallagher... please!!!
I suppose you want this so Prust is available to take Cole's spot. I can
see doing that,at least for a period or two. It might wake some people up.

But seriously Eller could play some heavier minutes. But I want the Gallys
to play only sheltered minutes. I know that they have played well so far.
But many very young players have played well for 10 games before the wheels
fell off.

We need to be careful with Chucky particularly. B.Gally is older, and has
experienced some bad times in Hamilton. So it won't be as new to him.

Oh man. I remember seeing this one guy at a Habs game wearing a Lecavalier Habs jersey during the whole Pleks 'trade' ordeal. Big waste of money for that guy

Heres one.

Not to mention it's 4 not 04. What a dweeb

I'm just realizing now that I hate leafs-habs games, can't really explain why but it feels like whether we win or lose it never really means anything.

San Jose has put Nick Petrecki on waivers, former first rounder, big hard hitting defense man from what I've heard. Don't know much about him but would he be worth picking up?

I don't watch the Habs as much as anyone else in this thread.. :sarcasm:

With that said; is Prust actually a good fit for that line? I understand the concept of creating space and getting the garbage goals; but that line could have been a heck of a lot better with a player that can keep up.

Am I completely off base?

So basically, my lineup was fine from the start haha

I hate Komisarek as much as the next gu.... oh right; Habs board... ha

He actually has not been bad for us this year; he's sitting because he's an idiot (immature at practice; leading to a pathetic injury).

I love Habs games; no matter how either of our teams are performing before the game... it never matters. Both teams bring a layer of emotion to the game that is never matched elsewhere.

Until the end of time; the Habs and Leafs will always be a special matchup. Even if just for watching the intro videos and glory days.

Good game folks!
