I've had two surgeries on my sinuses and the f***ing issues still came back. It is a nightmare to live with. I feel a closer bond with you knowing this bit of info. f*** the people that can breathe correctly!

My breathing isn't perfect but I've improved it a ton by working on my posture. The sinus headaches are the real killer for me.
