Not that empty, I feel a lot left early for beers and stuff, maybe 10-15% left for the night.

I've been dealing with sinus problems for decades. I always have a nasal cleanser handy, Flownaz for when it gets worst and naproxen for the damn headaches, but the cleanser helps keeping them at bay.
