I think 6 goals on 17 shots explains a lot of it. Montembeault was shit, and is having issues with long shots from the point this season.

There's been defensive issues for sure, and Dach going back to shitting isn't helping. He can't be a center. He needs to stay on wing. He's so defensively incompetent right now & should never be out to take D zone draws. It's insane he was.

Also, having forwards covering the front of the net is the stupidest thing ever. The D should not be tracking so far from the net, so that we're left with Newhook or Armia at net front. D is all over the place. Only Hutson seems to know what's he doing.

We have been told not to complain, not to boo and to just accept the suckage because it's a rebuild. Sad state of sport where people are served shit and are asked to eat it with a smile.

The thing is they said it was a rebuild 2 years ago but the team has been pretty brutal for like 6 years. If you remove the global pandemic season fluke run , this team has been bottom in almost every category possible.

We even had the new record of injuries/game like 2 seasons in a row. This team is also cursed lol.

Not all trash equally. Arber is by far the most problematic player. Montambault obviously was terrible tonight. Dach and Newhook with stupid penalties.

Third game in four night, which is playing a part. Arber just needs to go however. He is not an NHL player, after his third year in the league.

He's had 2 seasons end for shoulder surgery and spent majority of last season in AHL. He has just over 100 NHL games played. That would put him at the beginning of his 2nd season.
