Jeez you guys are crying a lot.

The Kings look great I thought, At least they are hitting people.

Dats got blown up by Drew GREAT hit. That has been missing from the Kings game.

The Wings are going to feel this game.

Without Mitchell and Greene the Kings are going to give up goals guys.

Quick is not going to shut everyone out.

well the kings were down 2-0 and they are last in scoring.

The cap is going down to $64.3 million next season. The Kings are going to be tight up against that. They have 12 players signed at almost $49 million, which means they have 11 roster spots to fill for about $15 million. Perry is not gonna happen.

$8 million should get the job done. We can also move Stoll, which would make things easier. Not to mention that our veteran defensive core is aging, can save money there looking for younger options. There is a lot that can be done to make it fit.

That's odd. I thought Ellerby has been a really cool customer. I can't recall any bad passes. It's funny how two people can see two different things.

He had two real bad ones in the defensive zone maybe midway or later in the period on the same shift.

I'm with you. I saw one bad pass from Ellerby, but the recipient turned the opposite direction from where he was going right as Ellerby passed it.

Ellerby had one bad pass(I thought), He has looked like a cool customer out there.

Kid handles speed pretty well.

i think i saw ellerby pressured once and he didnt handle it too well.

The Kings are outplaying Detroit, but like many games this season, a couple breakdowns happen and they end up trailing the game.

Good teams don't rush their prospects.

Then when the kings start playing and scoring like a good team should then we won't when they are dead last in scoring and can't seem to pick a corner, then trying out your top player in your far wouldn't hurt the team.

As for Quick, he's give up a lot of those dot to board shots on the rush over the course of his career, so I'm not sure it's really indicative of anything.

Yep. He'll overplay angles on occasion due to his agressiveness and quickness. He's only been himself in spurts so far but he

You guys don't forget that Quick's cap hit is only 1.8 million this year. 5.8 next year.

Ellerby's bad pass came at a time when we were having a hard time getting out of our own zone so I don't have many complaints. Everyone was doing it.

At some point the Current players on the Roster have to figure that out.

The blaming the coaches and the system are over.

These same guys won a Stanley Cup scoring over 2.8 Goals a game for 40+ games.

That's factored in with the 12 players signed at $49 million, but that's still not enough to re-sign Voynov, Clifford, Nolan, Lewis, Martinez, Scuderi, Ellerby (possibly), Muzzin (possibly), and sign Perry (who is going to command top dollar) all for under $15 million.

So like every other game this season (aside from the garbage in Nashville), the Kings have shown signs of brilliance, but can't convert that on the scoresheet.

Only thing about being the Cup Champ is that NBC is interested in showing Kings games, thus the afternoon games.

Are we seriously even discussing Perry.....He is going to get a ridiculous offer from some team in the East...

Kings fan's come one now, we know how this ends.
