Pretty much the way I will be watching the games this year. it's going to be a season of watching for improvement in young players as opposed to improvement of record. If we see the progression in young players we will know we are moving towards a new and good young core.

That is what it is basically all about right now and for the next couple of years, then we can start looking at the season in terms of our record.
