I think this upcoming 4-game set versus Vegas will be very telling of what kind of team we are. The Army additions should provide the necessary pushback.

Hopefully Hayden dresses for those games instead of Fischer. I like my 4th liners to be able to contribute in some aspect. Whether it’s fighting, or faceoffs, or penalty killing. I want them to have at least one thing they can do pretty well.

Anyone else thought Chychrun looked lost last night?

I think it was McConnell who said he was trying to do too much. I tend to agree with that. His effort level was very high but it just wasn't clicking most of the game.

Brassard looked pretty good

He miss several scoring opportunities and was the primary defender on the 2nd goal against. He needs to lift the stick of Hertl on that play.

My concern is who will shoot? Both are pass first guys.

Both Dvorak and Keller needs to be told even more they have to shoot the puck. In particular, this has to be told Dvorak even oftener than I assume it's already been done, I know he can shoot the puck.

I agree, but in today's NHL I would say "physicality" not fighting as that unfortunately is a lost art.
