Look. No series is easy. Carolina would have been no walk in the park. If you are Kreider, Panarin, Zibanejad who have never won and can at least start to sniff the end of the peaks of their careers then there is no excuse. You put in 100% effort and drag everyone to your level. This isn’t some December, Tuesday game against the Blue Jackets.

Eh, Canes would have the better matchup, especially given they're without Svech and Patches, but it is what it is now.
