Actually, the 1st was mostly characterized by the Wild connecting on a lot of passes, and the Hurricanes passes hitting Wild sticks. It was a great period.

Conversely, they could probably play that 'Bloom' commercial on repeat during breaks and I'd be totally ok with it.

Wild started the game on top of things, after killing a double minor right away. Gus bailed them out at the end of the first, showing that he's one of the top goalies right now.

I liked the PP Unit. Ek in front of the net and some high hockey IQ guys making dangerous plays behind him. But Boldy has to shoot more, I agree.

This PP role right now fits better for Rossi, he is no net front guy. He can do that too, though.
