It's 3.5M, even better than you thought!I'm so glad he did it. Totally worth 4 millions to get one shot on goal every 8th game or so.

You really need to take of your Rossi homer glasses. I already explained to you why he was not on the ice on the PP and it makes sense if you think about it. Just let it go…he keeps playing well and shows consistency he will get the nod even in the last minutes of a game. Still so much hockey to play this season and in his Wild career. Where would he go if he got all the opportunities just gifted to him? He is not a veteran.
Edit: referring to Luceni
Bedard 4 goals in 23 gamesGGs.
Yet another game goes by watching the Hawks where Bedard is unnoticeable outside the PP.
Young players don’t get gifted time/ice. It always has been and always will be, unless they’re some generational talent. It has nothing to do with "Rossi homer glasses". When I see an unfair treatment of a player I'm gonna say it. If Ohgren or Heidt were in the same Situation like Rossi, I'd criticize Hynes too about his treatment of Ohgren/Heidt.
We're talking about an All-Rookie NHL'er here in his sophomore season, who has done everything they ask of him so far without hesitation. He worked his ass of the last couple offseasons and is currently on pace for 65-70 points. He is most likely the third best forward on the wild so far this season and still he is the one who will need to gain Hynes trust. Others can do what the hell they want, no messages/consequences/benching.
I thought if you have a young promising player you do everything to help him succeed and get more experienced. I don't have that feeling woth Hynes & the Front office. Instead, Rossi is mostly the one in the doghouse and we can read trade rumors from Russo about Rossi for months now.
I'm sure Rossi is gonna have a fine & long NHL career. I just don't see it with the Wild anymore. If I were in his place I'd not sign any offer they make. They have treated him just awfully the last 2 years. I'd be pissed.
