No Gus found another gear Monday, flurey is missing gears. Id rather have a tired gus than crappie flopping all around net.Evason said he won't repeat the mistake of last year. This time he'll let both goalies play. Gus played almost 5 periods in game 1, maybe the coach will let him rest tonight.
Any news about the lineup tonight? I need to know, and I need it right now!
There is no recovering if Dallas gets a lead. This is playoffs. Forget tomorrow. The goal is to score tonight. Do not give them any momentum. Fluery has not put in anywhere close to a shift like last game.that was super human. .900 isn’t going to cut it when otter goes .930I get the reasoning....but my fear is that MAF will give up a couple of softies in the 1st period and we won't be able to recover.
There's thinking that Dumba didn't do anything wrong, and there's celebrating Pavelski being down and out. Let's please not do the latter.Let's hope...shot of this series. Stars defeated...Wild prevail!

A pic can tell more than a thousand words. There's thinking that Dumba didn't do anything wrong, and there's celebrating Pavelski being down and out. Let's please not do the latter.
Reminded me of biggus dickus from life of BrianPure deanius
(Deanius doesn't sound as much like genius as I was hoping, just like Dean but... vaguely Roman?)
The Stars posters on this site have been among the worst for a long time, there are just very few of them. There is never any reason to visit their board, it is a cess pool and has been for over a decade. If you read the Stars board you'll soon find out how they trash talk Wild players and hope they get injured. Not very classy. But I guess Avs fans are even worse.
On the Wild youtube channel, they showed a bunch of tracking tools that they use for heart rate and conditioning on every player. It is a major part of their practice scheduling. Apparently Gus' conditioning was deemed a concern at the start of the season. I wouldn't be surprised with either one starting, but I do know that Dean and the Wild are privy to much more information on his current physical status than we are.Well, I have a nap in but another two-overtime win would not be good for anyone. Get it done tonight Wild! I can't wait for this thing to start!
I can possibly see a scenario where Gus just seemed absolutely gassed from the other night and Dean maybe wants to give Fleury a chance to see what he has in the playoffs this year. That being said without knowing all of the circumstances, being around all the guys etc. that Dean is privy to, I say go with the hot goalie and let Gus play.
This is probably going to be a tough one. Go Wild!
I think ti would be smart to play fleury. Let Gus rest after playing almost two games in one night, in a game that is likely to go Dallas's way. He starts at home, rested, undefeated, with, hopefully, JEE back. If we are going to go on a long run, fleury will be needed anyway. Might as well get him in now.Evason said he won't repeat the mistake of last year. This time he'll let both goalies play. Gus played almost 5 periods in game 1, maybe the coach will let him rest tonight.
Avs fans were intolerable on this site after the '14 series. Quite a few of them developed a unhealthy obsession in regards to all things Wild. They would bring up the Wild all the time. Even when they weren't playing them. It stayed that way for many years after..If you read the Stars board you'll soon find out how they trash talk Wild players and hope they get injured. Not very classy. But I guess Avs fans are even worse.
That is interesting, I never knew about that. It is amazing the things they track on these players that we have no idea about. On the Wild youtube channel, they showed a bunch of tracking tools that they use for heart rate and conditioning on every player. It is a major part of their practice scheduling. Apparently Gus' conditioning was deemed a concern at the start of the season.
