Plays hockey like one as well.Trenin is about as subtle as a railroad tie.

Zuke has nuttin' to lose.I would. They need wins and they have nothing to lose right now.
I wish he'd got it. Not just because the game would be even further away from the Oilers, but because Freddy is a guy I would want that for.Gaudreau went for the hat trick
Thanks, two in a row now. Got lucky lately, think I'm at the top right now. It can only go downhill from here.F, got snaked out of my first correct score prediction of the season, grats Sweetnut.
Wait....didn't you guys pick Kap to score first though?F, got snaked out of my first correct score prediction of the season, grats Sweetnut.
Purely talking the final score, literally all of my points are just the Wild wins.Wait....didn't you guys pick Kap to score first though?
Right! He deserves this good stretch. I believe they said he has 12 points in his last 11 games.I wish he'd got it. Not just because the game would be even further away from the Oilers, but because Freddy is a guy I would want that for.
Ahhh....thought you meant the full 8 points.Purely talking the final score, literally all of my points are just the Wild wins.
Faber’s emergence last season coincided with Spurgeon being out for the whole year and obscured the fact that when healthy, this blueline is capable of great things. Having Brodin-Spurgeon & Middleton-Faber on the ice for 75% of the game is a huge advantage.Wild on the road against the Oilers? Surprisingly good record so far. Ya, let's check that out.
Thoroughly impressed. Team play, puck support, crisp passing. They never gave up on a play.
Was that a typical game for this season?
Hynes has been fired twice, both times to the delight of the fans, but that Wild team I watched tonight is clearly well coached. Comments on Hynes performance thus far? He's got to be an Adams contender at this point.

Thanks, guys.
It's quite impressive that a team without any "big stars", apart from the obvious exception of Kaprizov, and to a lesser extent Boldy, is excelling 1/4 of the way through the season.
I'll be watching a lot more.
Wondering about Rossi - didn't get all that much ice time, but looked dangerous every time he was out there. Why isn't he on PP1? Is Hynes bringing him along (too) slowly?
And congrats on beating the Oilers. Always a fun result.
Rossi has been a hot topic on the board and other sites as well. Nobody really knows why he is scrutinized the way he is. He seems to bounce around the lineup a lot which is both a testament to his flexibility as him getting into Hynes' doghouse a little bit. He is not really given big offensive or defensive roles if it isn't absolutely necessary at the moment. Thanks, guys.

Well hold your horses. 13 years ago we were 1st at this point of the year and missed the playoffs.Second in the league. Hard to believe.
