G Jakub Dobes (2020, 136th, MTL)

Yup.. got his cup of coffee and moved on to a very nice career. He wasn't passing those three at that time.. however, later on, he was pretty comparable to those 3.

Garon was probably the most touted prospect to be honest, but he had the worst career out of all those guys.

Vokoun was probably the most consistent out of the bunch. Theodore had the best peak. Hackett was solid.

It's probably because he played in the ncaa. I was confused at well before because it's not the traditional route for a European.

Maybe that's it. Or maybe I'm confusing him with Fowler. Or most likely... I'm dumb.

First time viewing Dobes, I was impressed. Much more calm and poised than I expected him to be.

Vokoun had one start for montreal and got pulled in the 2nd period.

You can tell with dobes' body language that he has swagger.

He is very compeitive and not afraid of the moment.

Watching him play, it looks like he is just on the verge of hyperactivity in the net, but he doing just enough to stay in control. You can tell he's tremendously athletic and I wonder when things get tougher for him whether he will instinctively rely on that athleticism to reel his game back, which would probably be counterproductive.
