I think Maurice is dead man walking. I think he has been good for the Jets overall and did a decent job with his time but it just gets old. I have nothing against him personally, his pressers are usually worth a watch, but it looks like he has no answers.

They need a fresher approach and a system that works for their talent. Whatever this is isn't working. Preaching to the choir but it really hasn't since end of 2018. Been living on borrowed time with a vezina goalie keeping them in it and now he looks completely shelled out too. Just change it after the season. Cmon Chipman and Chevy, it's time.

Maybe go from within so it's not a total culture shock, I don't know. Vincent seems to know his "shit from Heinola" (Alpha you're a beauty)

Jets current strategy, on a multi-game level.

If Vancouver loses, their maximum points this year would be 59, with Winnipeg winning tomorrow they're at 59 and I believe the Jets would win the tiebreaker if it's head to head record. It would also make Calgary's maximum points to be 55, so unless there's a chance Vancouver could win a tiebreaker over Winnipeg, it should clinch it.

The look Bro shot him could have killed him. Brutal play for the young man in the goal, but honestly, wtf was he doing out there with Bort at that point?
I think the difference between playing Stanley vs Benn or Forbert is he will learn from that mistake and be a better player. Trot him out there right away to show that the coaches have confidence in him and believe that he will learn from his mistakes.

I think Stanley should always be playing ahead of Fortbort and Benn. My issue was him playing with Forbort and them being on the ice together with just over a minute left.
