He’s also a physical player that has potential to get hurt as he gets older. Not shocked he wants term.

A player who turned into nothing at pick 141 is a failed pick? That is the expectation for the pick. He's played 16 NHL games which is 6th most of anyone picked in the 5th round of that draft.

The only thing similar between Boyle and Gettinger was their size. Boyle was, from the start, a way better player than Gettinger. Gettinger was a 5th rounder and is likely nothing more than an AHL guy. He had his shot with us

lou lam going full term, 8 for sorokin, 7 for engvall, 7 for mayfield, 4 for varlamov. could have been 2-3 for engvall, 2-3 for mayfield, 1-2 for varlamov.

He's going to be 90 in a few years, not his problem later on. Just want the AAV down as low as possible for now.
