Well just piggy backing off the fake (I think) rumoursSure, 9.5 mil dollar Dmen in their prime generally are good partners for anyone

Does Darnell Nurse countSure, 9.5 mil dollar Dmen in their prime generally are good partners for anyone
Laine looking like a missed opportunity
The way stutzle is playing laine would be the perfect winger for him
Are there rumours around Fox? Or is this re TkachukWell just piggy backing off the fake (I think) rumours
Forsberg has given a glimmer of hope that he can continue to progress... I don't think he had a single 5-6 game stretch last year like the one to start this year, where every second game was decent to great ... but he still has too many games where he doesn't give the team much chance to win.Exactly. Historically bad goalie didnt just all of a sudden play poorly. Forsberg has been bad this year. Two shutouts don’t cancel that out. Every other game I believe is below .890 lol. He’s had a horrible start to this season
Alright, fine - make it any RHD Norris-winner in their prime.Does Darnell Nurse count
I'm not upset he picked Greig, but the Jarventie pick was just so dumb even in hindsight. Kleven over Faber was also not worth it (Either we get a stud RHD if Faber was willing to sign, or if he wasn't, we could have packaged him in a deal for Fiala and signed him long term, avoiding the ADB drama).Im still fuming Dorion didnt draft JJ in the draft. We had two shots at it too...
Yes, basically imagine if we had a competent GM and competent scouts.I'm not upset he picked Greig, but the Jarventie pick was just so dumb even in hindsight. Imagine if this happened:
2020 we draft:
Timmy
Jake
Greig
JJ
Faber
We traded Faber and 2 2nds for Fiala
Didn't trade Gustavsson away.
Signed Brännström long term.
Peterka-Stützle-Fiala
Tkachuk-Norris-Batherson
Greig-Pinto-Perron/Whoever we picked in 2022, maybe Geekie, since he fits our scout's style)
Ostapchuk-Gaudette-Amadio/Joseph
Sanderson-Zub
Chabot-Jensen
Brännström-JBD
Gustavsson
Forsberg
He’s gonna be looking for a nice contract even though he’s not very goodI wonder what the cost on Provorov would be?
If they ate 50% and took back Forsberg (and then waived him), we could make the cap work. He can play LD or RD and is an upcoming UFA.
Not viable.I wonder what the cost on Provorov would be?

Are forwards the issue with the PK?we do need a forward to play with stutzle but we also need pk help
some targets
jake evans
noel acciari
micheal mccarron
getting someone in that 4th line slot that can pk would atleast go towards solving one problem
unfortunately we know removing hamonic from the lineup is not an option even when fully healthyAre forwards the issue with the PK?
There's one big outlier when it comes to GA/60 on our PK, and it's Hamonic.
Norris is good, Giroux and Amadio have been good, there's a bit of a drop off with Greig/Pinto/Gregor, but on the D, the drop of to Hamonic is pretty big.
When Zub is in the lineup, Hamonic isn't killing penalties. He's only there because of Zub's injury.unfortunately we know removing hamonic from the lineup is not an option even when fully healthy
have to try and improve that pk somehow
This is just so wrong.Utter shit? Last night was his first bad game since the start of the season. He's been better than Ullmark up until this past week lol. Short memory? One bad game doesn't make him an utter shit goalie all of a sudden.
not sure how accurate this is but i also didnt want to pull up every game because that would be a lotWhen Zub is in the lineup, Hamonic isn't killing penalties. He's only there because of Zub's injury.
With Zub in the lineup, our PK is running at 78.4%, 84.4 if you exclude the game he was injured 2 mins into.
Without Zub, it;s running at 70%, 66.6% if you include the game he got hurt in.
God no.The ducks are trash.
Would anyone consider a deal centered around Troy Terry for Shane Pinto?
I’m not gonna lie I never watch the Ducks but in the one game I saw them (versus us), I thought Terry was their best player. He was creating chances everywhere. The ducks are trash.

Ducks wouldn't do that....Pinto seems pretty overrated here. He is most likely a 2nd/3rd line player in his career thats always been his potential. You get Terry a guy who would regularly be on line 1 or 2 and is signed for 7mill long termGod no.
Definitely. Much better player offensively, and this team desperately needs scoringThe ducks are trash.

$7M cap though...I’m not gonna lie I never watch the Ducks but in the one game I saw them (versus us), I thought Terry was their best player. He was creating chances everywhere.
We could do worse. I’m mostly against trading any of our top 3 Cs though and I don’t think Anaheim does this anyway.
Yeah and then you have no 3C, so you gotta go find one unless you’re trusting Greig in that role which might not be wise just yet.$7M cap though...
