Lighten up
The Bruins' drafting history under Sweeney is so hideous I don't think words exist to properly describe it.
Lighten up
It's not a "right"How about loyalty? He earned the right to retire a bruin.
Probably a Peeke sized hole. He's not remotely close to filling Carlo's role.![]()
Diamond in the rough -- have Edmonton Oilers mined another late-round gem on the blueline?

From the start of this season Edmonton Journal had him as their #4 prospect and his scouting report sure sounds like backfill for a Carlo sized hole on the right side of the defense.
if Freddy was healthy, still not convinced anyone hands the B`s a first for the same reasons, Freddy is a tough guy who rarely plays tough , a guy with decent hands but isn`t consistent enough, he`ll wind up signing in St. Louis in the offseason, good deal by Sweeney hereBingo on all points.
Since 2017 I'd beg to differ, especially the last 5 or so years it's been very good. And that of course ignores some very good picks he made earlier in his tenure as well. The Bruins' drafting history under Sweeney is so hideous I don't think words exist to properly describe it.
Lol ok when he retires a bruin come talk to me.It's not a "right"

sure is, for a team who consistently took themselves out of the draft`s early rounds for years as they were in the go for it mode, solid move, got the 2nd round pick this year, I go hard for Cole Reschny but I`m a super biased Vic Royals fan having watched him play likely all but 6/7 games this year at homeInjured I thought they could get nothing
Blues pick is sweet
He probably will retire a Bruin, but it's no one's "right"Lol ok when he retires a bruin come talk to me.
In the last 5 drafts their only picks in the first 2 rounds went to Letourneau, Poitras, Lorhei and Lysell. I'll like our chances with them pulling a player in the second round again. The Bruins' drafting history under Sweeney is so hideous I don't think words exist to properly describe it.
Who said he wasn't going to retire a Bruin? Let him go Friday to try to win a cup and resign him and let him retire.Lol ok when he retires a bruin come talk to me.
Try “misinformed.”The Bruins' drafting history under Sweeney is so hideous I don't think words exist to properly describe it.
There recent seconds are Lohrei who’s going to be spectacular in a year or two as he gains experience- and poitras who’s not able to legally drink and I love his game - probably 2 years away from being a second line but it’s theresure is, for a team who consistently took themselves out of the draft`s early rounds for years as they were in the go for it mode, solid move, got the 2nd round pick this year, I go hard for Cole Reschny but I`m a super biased Vic Royals fan having watched him play likely all but 6/7 games this year at home
Two hits, jury out on two. Beecher, Frederic, Carlo were also all hits based on where they were picked, and there are others. He’s done okay.In the last 5 drafts their only picks in the first 2 rounds went to Letourneau, Poitras, Lorhei and Lysell. I'll like our chances with them pulling a player in the second round again.
It doesn’t. Sometimes you need to do the right thing by a guy who gave you his all. Now if marchy wants out then he deserves that as well. How does that bring us a cup faster?
You're not going to just trade Marchand. It's going to be a collaborative effort.
He will pick his next destination.
Ok shep. SemanticsHe probably will retire a Bruin, but it's no one's "right"
Haha - 500 points and pick anything off the top row but the stuffed T RexTry “misinformed.”
Yes but let's see if that pick is still Bruins property come draft day. Until the deadline ends Friday it won't be certain whether Sweeney has shifted to the future and drafting or... will the newly available cap space and other assets be used for a "hockey trade" this week. I won't place a bet on this until we see what the next move looks like.sure is, for a team who consistently took themselves out of the draft`s early rounds for years as they were in the go for it mode, solid move, got the 2nd round pick this year, I go hard for Cole Reschny but I`m a super biased Vic Royals fan having watched him play likely all but 6/7 games this year at home
If he wants to go that is his prerogative. If he doesn’t again up to himWho said he wasn't going to retire a Bruin? Let him go Friday to try to win a cup and resign him and let him retire.
Is this list intended to be impressive? In the last 5 drafts their only picks in the first 2 rounds went to Letourneau, Poitras, Lorhei and Lysell. I'll like our chances with them pulling a player in the second round again.
With you there friend, might be a bit of a bumpy retool but like today`s move and as you alluded to , Poitras and Lohrei are going to be big parts of this future. There recent seconds are Lohrei who’s going to be spectacular in a year or two as he gains experience- and poitras who’s not able to legally drink and I love his game - probably 2 years away from being a second line but it’s there
Pelosi I love as well - hoping when I go with @Saxon Eric to the NCAA in Manchester we see Quinnipeac
What do you re-sign him for?If he wants to go that is his prerogative. If he doesn’t again up to him
Problem is DS wasn't tradedsure is, for a team who consistently took themselves out of the draft`s early rounds for years as they were in the go for it mode, solid move, got the 2nd round pick this year, I go hard for Cole Reschny but I`m a super biased Vic Royals fan having watched him play likely all but 6/7 games this year at home
