fire this management please...if true of course. Maybe let him carve out a role on his own instead of pigeon holing?
In his intro to the Bruins video, he describes himself as a reliable 200' player, good at both ends of the ice, and names Bergeron as a B he admires. Coaches in the Toronto system noted his defensive responsibility. His scouting reports all mention his two-way ability.
I'd say he's been carving himself out a role, and the B's are going to put him in positions where he can succeed... exactly what I'd want from management.
