I guess they have played same junior teams. Training in summer like you said, then of course some play for the same team.

In general our mentality is probably more like a team than USA which is all superstars. They will never be as much as a team. They are individual players. It's tough to build the same team vibe I think. Finland is also the underdog and the only way they survive is to play as an unit.
