Leaf fans collective wishful thinking. There are enough of them if they wish hard enough it will come true!Little bit of smoke out there that Kerfoot and Holl are heading to the Islanders

I would say they are comparable but clearly ahead of dobson? Take the homer shades off.
Would you have put Fox on that list 2 years ago? Dobson is 2 years younger than Fox. His development and skill set have been remarkably similar. Dobson last year showed many of the things Fox showed 3 years ago, his first full year in the league. The next year he won the Norris. Anyone who has actually watched Dobson knows he will be one of the elites next year.I don’t really consider a guy who will be borderline (at best) a top 10D a contender but suppose how you look at it
Whatever you say big guy. Everyone knows Fox development is definitely the norm and all players will follow said development.Would you have put Fox on that list 2 years ago? Seider looked like Pronger out there, guess that’s what we should all expect too, no?
McAvoy is missing half the season and clearly won’t be in the Norris race.Seider>>>>>>>>McAvoy
Seider will get there too, before long. Very special player.Whatever you say big guy. Everyone knows Fox development is definitely the norm and all players will follow said development.

You’re a few years late. He got moved from Seidenberg’s basement to his own place after his rookie season.Bet you barzal gets moved.
The room was never the same without DJ Carp Lad.I see Kane trade for picks, Bailey and Holmstrom
Dobson resigned
Romanov resigned
Calvin De haan signed
Or it could be
Radek Martinek is signed
Dennis Seidenberg is signed
Andy Greene is signed
and
Cody rosen is signed as a goalie
Both of your scenarios are rare especially acquiring a top 6 forward in a trade only to flip them. Like I said bert has value with an agreed extension in place otherwise in a deal like this he doesn't fit and has very little value.Pacioretty is a good player, Bjorkstrand is a good player, Brown a good player, Fleury was a good player, etc , etc. all traded for peanuts
Teams under massive cap constraints (like NYI will be if they want Kadri) trade away players like Pageau all the time.
Pageau is a good player who isn’t worth his contract and no team will pay anything of value for that in a flat cap.
“Zero value”
So Huberdeau had “zero value” before he re-signed with Calgary?
Either NYI get a chance to sign a very good player in Bert if he likes it there, or they flip him for another 1st +
Do you feel that breeze over your head?McAvoy is missing half the season and clearly won’t be in the Norris race.
Try and keep up with the news big fella.
nope you just weren’t paying attention. I listed players right now who are clearly more likely than Dobson to have a Norris NEXT season (among other D that were omitted). McAvoy clearly will not be on that list when missing half of a season.Do you feel that breeze over your head?
Care to pass the j ?Little bit of smoke out there that Kerfoot and Holl are heading to the Islanders
I will !Younger, almost exact same offensive output (despite Dobsons third year to Seiders first) and better by pretty much all defensive metrics?
Yeah no one’s taking Dobson over Seider.
One is the loneldest number that you’ll ever do4 is even more than 3!
Contact signings != transactions.I get that there's some hype around the Kadri situation right now but I believe the Islanders typically do multiple contracts in a day so this tweet is likely nothing more than that. Don't hate on Weekes for it - he's just saying what he's hearing and I think people are reading too much into it because of the Kadri chatter.
Examples:
September 1, 2021: The team has signed Anthony Beauvillier, Casey Cizikas, Kyle Palmieri and Ilya Sorokin sign multi-year contracts.
September 20, 2021: The New York Islanders have agreed to terms on contracts with Andy Andreoff, Cole Bardreau, Otto Koivula, Paul LaDue and Dmytro Timashov.
Because he's a homer red wings fan.Why is Seider on here?
Contact signings != transactions.
Weekes calls for 4 TRANSACTIONS, not 4 "moves" (OP title misleading)
Read the tweet people !
Beauvilier to MTL for a 4th being one ? (#cap, #Kane)
