Just noticed Darren Dietz playing for Kazahkstan at World Championships.

He's had 3 strong years in the KHL offensively, wonder if he'll get a shot soon in the NHL.
He had 5 points in 13 games for us when he got his shot with the big club. I was susprised they never signed him to another contract

Blues notebook: De la Rose signs with team in Sweden

Jacob de la Rose’s short and unspectacular tenure with the Blues has ended.

The 26-year-old center is returning to his native country, signing a three-year contract with Farjestad BK of the Swedish Hockey League.

“The idea of moving home has been with me for a while, and now I felt that the situation was right” de la Rose told the Farjestad website.
