Safe to assume that JV’s life options are pretty limited so he needs to play hockey wherever he can get a gig. He’s too dumb to even be a realtor so his other options are things like forklift driver or sandwich artist.
 
Kinda funny that he’s doing that against the Ruins, they could have made an offer and had him instead of the Rangers. Even better if the NYR knock Boston out of a playoff spot.

Came here to post this. Callahan just stares at him in the highest percentage scoring spot on the ice.
Two goals in a losing cause.

The ABC broadcasters just went on and on about him what a great pick up he is, everyone from the broadcast booth to PK Subban. No mention of of how volatile he is or why they got rid of him the first time.

At one point in the booth he was taking a faceoff and they said he was there (as the new guy) to learn what to do but had to point out that he was actually directing. They clearly don't know Miller doesn't know how to do anything but tell people what to do - sometimes loudly.
