Imagine we actually get Palat back...

Adding him to the middle six would be huge. Him or Gourde. Pipe dreams? Probably. But still, that would be awesome.

Lets be honest here, Palat would be useless without being stapled next to Kucherov and Point and thats hoping the injuries from the last 2 years along with age arent the primary reasons hes struggling.

Gourde at least has his motor and tenacity and would be an impact player regardless.

I doubt he would have this stat line here. just like Marchessault, Verhaeghe etc
probably even Sheary will score 20 again in another team... that's Cooper's fault!

Not sure yet about Koepke because of the small sample size, but I don't think there's any doubt that both JAM and Verhaeghe would have been successful in Tampa if given the top 6 opportunity.
