He's a healthy scratch every week, doesn't play special teams, all the receivers have been healthy, so just no place for him to dress.

Wilson is a bust AINEC

Wilson stinks, move on from everyone, and once again, start over.
Guy had no pre-season and shook off the rust after three quarters. The 4th quarter was exactly what you wanted.

He's going to be a good quarterback. The interceptions weren't even his fault. Both off receivers hands. The OL is in shambles. Vera-Tucker played LT and he still went out in the 4th quarter and got it done.

In MMA, pretty sure some commissions won’t allow you to fight for a set amount of time depending on the severity of the trauma. Getting concussed being one of the leading issues

There should be an independent commission for the NFL/NFLPA. Tua should have been suspended from physical contact for months.

Did he have money on the game?
Unmentioned pressure from both the team AND player to get back out there often is enough to err on the side of 'he's ok'.

Also, if too many times you err on the side of safety then the cushy prestigious position of being an independent neuro evaluator for the NFL might be over. What will all the friends in the Hamptons think when that happens? Not fired (illegal) but maybe the contract goes unrenewed or something.

I hope it was just rust, at that point he was 8-24 with two picks, Conklin should have caught the near pick six, but his first pick was horrible overthrow into like triple coverage, not off a receivers hands.

He was great in the 4th, they are going to need his mobility because the line probably won’t get much better this year, even when guys return.

Joe Douglas has given him the playmakers, I hope he’s great, they need him to be.

Here
The "unaffiliated neurotrauma consultant" was probably no one. And if they actually exist its ridiculous that he or she would take the fall. The Dolphins need to protect their investment. They are using that person as the fall guy

Its obvious what happened. He got his bell rung, just like Jones did against the Cowboys last year.

And guess what. He played the next week too. Im not making excuses for the Dolphins, but all of this is 20/20 vision. If Tua goes out and has a great game with no ill affects, no one questions the decision. No one knows if that recent hit resulted in his response of him not having enough time to heal. It may have happened regardless of that. Its a tough sport.

The players are all pissed off about it, but honestly with all of the knowledge the players have they need to decide for themselves whether or not to play the next game, just as much as someone else in their franchise protecting them from themselves. It wasnt an issue when he wanted to go out and get to 4 wins. He was lauded for his toughness. Now its all an issue

giants should just sign the fastest available WR and tell him to run go routes. cant be worse than what theyve had out there this year. gonna be rough if jones cant play qb, idk who would even play.

Tua should, at the absolute minimum, be done for the season. What happened to his hands doesn't just indicate a concussion. It indicates real brain damage. That doctor is absolutely right.

He was a high pick. His rookie deal should set him up for life if he handles the money properly. He doesn't need to play football.

No complaints about Jets receivers to date, tho would like to see Mims get some game action. If that ain't happening, he should be dealt, add in a package if nec, for a quality OT.

Not sure Giants are a match there.

No matter what happens, at least neither NY team traded and then signed Russ.
They are probably stuck with him for the next few seasons. after this with that contract. Matt Ryan has a $35 million cap hit next season. Converting salaries to signing bonus might be a good way to create cap room now but you will pay the piper down the road like the Colts are.
