Wilson carries an 11 million dead cap hit next year. I imagine he will still be on the team. Remember, the Jets guaranteed his whole rookie contract to get him signed.

The trade deadline is a month away. Do the Vikings really trade Cousins? I can't see it. Jefferson would lose his shit, he's on pace for a record season.

They need to do something though. He literally doesn't know when to throw the ball. Romo pointed it out multiple times last week where he's staring at open receivers and throwing way too late.

Arizona is making Josh f'n Dobbs work right now for crying out loud

I believe almost all first round picks get 4 years guaranteed with a 5th year team option. Dobbs is an example of a guy showing up later in his career. Geno Smith was another. Somebody will try to turn Zach around. QBs usually get multiple chances. Darnold did. Haskins did. Rosen did.

I think barring some drastic turnaround this year he will likely be either trying to make practice squads or out of the league after his current contract expires.

I hated Paul Hackett, three games in I hate Nate Hackett. It was a poor hire to begin with. He wasn’t brought here because he’s a great offensive mind. He was brought here because they wanted to get Rodgers on board.

I also don’t care who you are, it should not take a HOF QB multiple years to learn your system. As a coach you need to put your players in winning situations. Not to be the smartest in the room.

Is that really true? I remember how miserable the Giants were with Glennon and Fromm.
Mike Glennon was a legit backup QB in other cities. Under our previous coaches, behind our Oline, and with our WR group he looked like a different player.

Mike Glennon vs the Bears last 2021 was the worst QB performance I have ever seen.

Maybe John Skelton in that Cardinals/Panthers playoff game is my other answer but that Glennon game was beyond comprehension.

His 2021 (as a Giant) was really bad. The question is what was the difference in 2021 and the rest of his career as a backup?

I find myself agreeing with Sean Payton more and more.

This motherf***er is a clown. Only reason he's with the Jets is that he's friends with Rodgers, lmfao. He is going to do nothing to develop any young offensive player currently with the Jets. Say goodbye to the next two years of development (since A-A-Ron is coming back, right?) of Wilson (the one that matters), Hall, etc. Yeah, they have position coaches, but they will have a limp-dick, bitch-made, cuck of an offensive coordinator as long as Rodgers is around.

The Broncos had a very similar comeback to the Giants today against the Bears. The Bears are a complete mess. Though at least Fields showed something today.

I can't stand the Eagles. If it were the Giants McLaurin would be in, but it's the Eagles and he's out by a milimeter. Luckiest team in the league.
