I caught the very end of the Brown and Fossil era and even got a Fossil watch which I thought was so cool.

I remember watching my first Giants game and Brown fumbled an easy I formation snap, no reason just slipped out of his hand. I thought 'wow there can't be a worse fumble than that'.

Lol, I'll second this. NHL officiating is far from perfect but it's a fast moving game with much less stoppage compared to football.

The NFL literally has games ruined by officiating. That Cowboys vs Giants game on Thursday night was a good example. It's college football but in the Georgia vs Bama game last night thr refs called a face mask penalty against Bama even though the complete opposite happened (GA player grabbed Bama player's face mask).

At least in the NHL you get a power play (usually) after a penalty which makes things exciting, even if it's not in your favor.

Same thing happened to Bellinger on Thursday night. Cost the Giants 30 yards and despite being early in the game it may have been the difference points wise.
