I know Fletcher is a disaster, but I’m assuming the app is something the analytics team developed that shows the projected values of players around the league.

I also use an app for trade values... on $50 buy in fantasy football leagues. For running a multi million dollar organization's front office that's bush league.
Whether or not the analytics team is any good has nothing to do with the concept of deploying an analytics app.

I can't shit on using an app too much. There's tons of trade data to process, and no trade is a perfect replicant of another one. Draft pick values change. Stat values change. There's no way one average person can figure out all those values and compare them against an offered trade, let alone Chuck Fletcher.
