Post-Game Talk: Flyers @ Rangers 3/5/13 - Ryan Comcastahan and the New York Nashers

JT Miller seems to have gotten comfortable up here. Started with two strong games, struggled, now looks like he will never see Connecticut again.

Posted on the main boards. Look like it hit the edge of his helmet and bounced down to his upper cheek. The stills people are posting where the puck is over his eye is when it was ricocheting down. Hopefully it didn't make any contact with his eye.

Hope for the best for him. That's tough to watch.

By the way, Hartnell was acting like Hartnell but what I would do to have him on the Rangers...

If its the upper orbital(which I think it is), as long as the eye isn't effected; It could be ok.

He may have to wear a visor when he comes back though. He may or may not be available for next game.

This team is much faster, and better without Richards. Rid that disgusting contract this summer please...

They do look more explosive, but if he can get his **** together, he was great for us last year the 2nd half/PO, tough choice.. We have this year and next year to make that decision though.

What up playoffs. Love shoving the Flyers back to 9th. I would hate this Rangers team so much if I was a Flyers fan, haha.

Even if we sucked I'd still watch every game just for Nash. What an unbelievable player. :handclap:

Voted Cally, Nash and Hank, but Miller and Gaborik also had very solid games. Seems like every time Miller has the puck he gets a shot on net or makes a smart pass. Gaborik had some solid shots, just couldn't get one past the goalie.

Agreed on all fronts. I think this is what we're looking at. If he didn't squirm I think the mood would be a little better

Haley had effective game for the minutes he played. He is better than Bickel at forward, he can actually skate

Notice the look in his eye when he skated off? That is pure fear of losing your eye/sight. It's scary what happened.

I don't think his eye is permanently damaged, but a broken orbital bone is brutal. Don't see him being out for a super long time though.

“@lindacohn: Rick Nash heading to the net is like Lebron James going in for a dunk. Both unstoppable! #NYR”

Haha awesome...

I do but I'm scared for the worst. So don't listen to anything I say.. He looked real distressed and scared of his eyesight.... Not good. I fear for the worst.

So much praise to Nash but it was team effort. I commend them... They did it tonight.

Yeah sometimes with these games you say "We sucked and if those two didn't carry us....."

Didn't feel that way tonight. I felt we were good tonight and those 2 guys just happened to come up with the finishes.

I think the biggest mistake was putting him at wing. He is a very good centerman.

Apparently he's said he's more comfortable at wing.

That said, no **** you're more comfortable at wing, that means less defensive responsibility. ;)

He belongs at center, IMO - he scored his goals while playing center.
