is this serious? no. We aren't going to trade Sanheim or Provorov, especially not in the same deal.

If the Flyers were going to make an offer including all three of the names included here, it would be part of a package for someone with value like Connor McDavid. (Before people start jumping down my throat, no, the Oilers wouldn't trade him for anything. That's just the kind of return Philly would need to put this many assets of this quality into a single deal.)

There is functionally nothing another team would be willing to trade that would convince Philly to abandon our plans to remake our defense with home grown, top tier prospects.

MDZ+Sanheim for Trouba and Petan?

A large portion of flyer fans view sanheim as untouchable and would not trade him straight up for trouba. I know many non flyer fans disagree but sanheim is impressive. He has an insane ceiling. He played very well last night and will start the season in the ahl.

The three best dman for the flyers last night in order were sanheim, Myers and provorov. Provorov played well but sanheim and Myers played better. Flyers are not trading any of those three dman.

I think Winnipeg gladly accepts, And Philly says heck No. This would be pretty bad for Philly. Philly would more then likely be downgrading in every way.
