Braun/Nemeth had a good one, that should continue for some games here.
Yes, he became horrible over the summer.Well he's horrible now.
Like I said last night, Nemeth was always good until we asked him to carry AHL defensemen for an entire season.Braun/Nemeth had a good one, that should continue for some games here.
Igor has some big shoes to fill. While Hank didn’t have #1 stats. He was hands down the best goalie in the league every playoffs.I don't know if I would agree with that.
Even with this rough patch, this is a better season than Hank ever had. Hank never approached numbers like that over ~55 games.
Hank was all about consistency. We only won one Vezina because he was rarely the #1 best goalie in the league over any 82 game stretch.
The thing is, #1 always changed while Hank was always #2 or at worst, #3. That's pretty unheard of for a goalie, except Hasek.
Hasek was Igor's peak with Hank's consistency.
His game 7 record is definitely the GOAT.Igor has some big shoes to fill. While Hank didn’t have #1 stats. He was hands down the best goalie in the league every playoffs.
Nah he just really hate when great goalies give up soft goals. But it happens to the best goalies.
Hoping hoping that’s the last game we have to play without Kakko Rooney and Strome?
Sounds close
His game 7 record is definitely the GOAT.
My hope is that we never find out because Igor never has to win series by himself like Hank did.
The good saves don’t make up the bad goals but the good save allowed the team to come back and win. That you can’t denyThank you, the take that I expect a shutout every game is a f***ing stupid one. Shesterkin giving up horrendous goals to put this team behind the 8 ball is not the same as me wanting a shutout. Good saves don't make up for horrendous goals.
He thought of Strome during the review of the delay of game non-penalty and decided that he would take it up another gear and play for his memory.Panarin hasn't been this engaged in a long while. He's been the best player on the ice, in all games since Strome went out.
We just can't finish and have gotten lazy on back checks/defense. The 3rd goal allowed was egregious by Fox.
Marty Brodeur invented horrendous goals. Valiquette retired because he watched highlights of Brodeur giving up horrendous goals and realized his life's work was meaningless.Thank you, the take that I expect a shutout every game is a f***ing stupid one. Shesterkin giving up horrendous goals to put this team behind the 8 ball is not the same as me wanting a shutout. Good saves don't make up for horrendous goals.
Panarin wasn’t at fault. Shit ice f***ed up his shot. The shootout attempts by Pan and Zibs were pathetic and everyone is going on about Chytil .
Yes, he became horrible over the summer.
It's not that we're seeing a bit of variance and a partner that went from top pair to replacement-level.
In a perfect world we never see Brodzinski or Hunt on the second line again. We never see Mckegg or Gauthier on any line again. Did Gauthier even play tonight?Hoping hoping that’s the last game we have to play without Kakko Rooney and Strome?

I think they both went down a notch in terms of quality. Problem is Fox went from Leetch to a #1D where Lindgren went from a #2D to a #5DSo Fox couldn't have become horrible over the summer but Lindgren could have?
I didn't say that.So Fox couldn't have become horrible over the summer but Lindgren could have?
Fox is at a ppg. He's still a top 5 dman in the league this season.I think they both went down a notch in terms of quality. Problem is Fox went from Leetch to a #1D where Lindgren went from a #2D to a #5D
We outshot them and out chanced them 2 to 1.
That charts are ridiculous. So the charts should look pretty good, no?
