Didn't they outshoot Florida in every game and lose each by one goal?

Carolina was good. They just weren't as clutch as Florida in the last moments of each game. The games were all close.

4 goal differential in that series. Being swept sucks, but the Canes played their asses off.

If the Canes overreact and fire Rod, they'll be making a huge mistake. Difference in this series was not coaching, it was the Panthers having more high end talent, that's it.

It happens every season, people act like the Atlantic is weak because they beat up on each other due to stronger teams while the Metro has a team that coasts... and then the Atlantic goes to the finals every year.
