florida has that lightning in a bottle thing going for them. Imo it looks/feels the same watching them as it did with the caps and then the blues.
Barkov alone had more points this series than Aho, Teräväinen and Kotkaniemi combined. That's a problem. Aho was soft this series, he needs to be better.
More like steel cuts butter.Steel sharpens steel. Let's give the Leafs some credit here.
Hopefully he's scored out.Matt Clutchuk.
Matt Tkaclutch.
Take your pick, he's been unbelievable all playoffs - and that's without scoring at all in the Leafs series lol.
Certainly found his scoring touch against the Canes, and at the most opportune times too.
Because Bennett didn’t interfere Pesce is the one who tangled up AndersenComing into the thread late ...
Why did the goal stand despite Bennett's fairly clear interference with the goaltender?
So you don't have any facts, other than the Isles don't require an explanation, and the 3rd overall Devils team is soft. And I'm supposed to take this as valid?
No contenders get swept huh? Because I seem to recall a fully healthy Tampa Bay Lightning team get swept by an 8th seed in the 1st round, then proceed to win 2 consecutive Stanley Cups. I'm going to give you an olive branch and a chance to amend your statement having being presented this information.
Different seasons. Tampa obviously wasn't a contender the year they got swept
They've been talking about getting goalied every year for like 7 years and they still haven't added a good one themselves during that timespan lolI still love how all the Leafs media (personalities) are making it seem like it’s only because of Bobrovsky the Panthers are where they are. Wouldn’t be very wise for Leafs management to think like that.
The reason they are called the Florida Panthers is because they're named after the Florida panther. It's not the Miami panthers or the Ft. Lauderdale panther. They play in Sunrise and are named specifically, so no it doesn't make more f***ing sense to call them anything else.
Vezina Bob, absolutely.Bobrovsky:
3-1 against Boston (only lost his first game)
4-1 against Toronto
4-0 against Carolina
Safe to say he's on a heater. The decision to ride Bob in the playoffs changed the Panthers entire season.
