Did GMGM know what he was doing when he brought Fehr back knowing he was 100%? Or was it a fluke that he turned into a Fehrrari?

I think GMGM had the advantage of seeing him when he was healthy. And that adds to the reward in the risk/reward deal.

I hope BrooklynCapsFan is right. And we get a cap friendly two years out of Fehr.
