It is and those picks are needed for this year. He’s good now though and is gonna be even better. Should work out for both teams. Two picks in next years draft is great. That OS 2nd will be mid to low 2nd round but that 5th will be high. The 3rd in ‘25 will be low though I bet. The Attack look to be setting themselves up for two monster years after this one. Wish James the best and hope he loves and excels in the Sound.

They’re not selling. Othmann had to be moved to stabilize the locker room. With the additions of Stoykov and Guryev, Petrovski wasn’t going to get the time he deserved and Flint had 9 rostered D. They’re just adding picks to buy.

they may not, but i think thats the goal. they will move other players as well if it means upgrading.
Man. I’d love to see them be able to keep all those 2023 picks in the first 3-4 rounds while selling whatever else they needed to acquire the necessary pieces. There’s like what? 5 real weeks of hockey before the deadline? By that point what will be obvious that they need? Impact Forward and possibly a Goalie not to mention the possibility of adding another top 4 D.

They’re slowly getting there. It was close tonight and got lucky two of those found their way behind Brochu. London looked better than I would have thought just reading the forum and looking at stats. Controlled the play for decent amounts of time.
