Dach a complete non factor again. I doubt anything changes in his game this season.

Maybe something clicks in the summer before next season and he finds his game again.

I think adding Laine and never playing Primeau will get us out of the bottom-5 unfortunately.
Montembault won’t play every game. I’m sure Hughes is probably looking for a goalie right now. Even on a basement team, you can’t have a goalie that you’re afraid to use because he’s that bad. I wouldn’t bring any of the young goalies into the mess that is our team this year but that’s always an option as well.

I don’t know what you guys saw this game. Couldn’t make a pass, slaf looks lifeless and forgot what got him to be picked #1 OV, Dach looks like he will never be the same and trust me, im a huge believer in giving younger guys time especially after injury.

I agree the coaching has mostly sucked. Guhle is never used on the PP… why? He’s got better offensive instincts than most of the team. Xhekaj has a bomb and is actually playing very well. Gallagher is cooked already this season.

AND WHY ISNT PEZZ PLAYING.

I disagree. He was a factor, tonight and other nights aw well, just not in a good way. His useless penalty that resulted in the first goal for the jets was a big factor in tonight's outcome.

Best play of the game was the 3 on 2 with Dach back checking and Dach just overstates the back check (covers nobody) then proceeds to lazily skate around the net. Trade this guy

Here
All that needs to be said about the Habs so far is this;

Slaf as just as many points as Evans, without the d + pk play of Evans.

Dach has just as many points as Dvo. Let that sink in.

If Hage was 6 months younger and eligible for this years draft, where do you think he'd go?

Considering he's out performing Hagens.
Don’t know.

What I do know is they need another C badly. So if by chance Hagens or Misa is available at their turn they should take them. The habs C position has sucked for so long.

Oh no doubt, was just curious as to where you'd think he'd go. Kid's got a ton of potential.

We could also use another RD, but not sure that would fly around these parts.

Mtl actually has alright record the last 15 games and still barely budged from last

Says a lot
It’s not only the points of separation in the standings that matter but the number of teams that the Habs have to leapfrog over, in order to move up. The latter element is often disregarded or insufficiently considered by most fans. 💀

I’ve seen bits of his game on video that why I said I don’t know. Just like Hagens or Misa, just bits, and just going by ranking.

I think it’s hard to judge these kids because seen so little video. Now, I have watched every Hab game so more confident commenting on existing nhl guys.

It’s so tough, wherever they pick I hope they hit a home run
