This is oddly satisfying.
That clip missed the best part right at the end, where Scheifele starts barking like a poodle and acting tough while the ref 'holds him back'.

Montembault won’t play every game. I’m sure Hughes is probably looking for a goalie right now. Even on a basement team, you can’t have a goalie that you’re afraid to use because he’s that bad. I wouldn’t bring any of the young goalies into the mess that is our team this year but that’s always an option as well.I think adding Laine and never playing Primeau will get us out of the bottom-5 unfortunately.
The Habs are dead last for shots "on net" for.No, they haven't had MORE than 30 shots on net in a game. They've had 30 shots twice.
They finished with 28 tonight and actually out shot the Jets.
broooo we aint finishing with a top 5 pick.Hagens or Misa
I disagree. He was a factor, tonight and other nights aw well, just not in a good way. His useless penalty that resulted in the first goal for the jets was a big factor in tonight's outcome.Dach a complete non factor again. I doubt anything changes in his game this season.
Maybe something clicks in the summer before next season and he finds his game again.
What? Game was winnable because the Jets didn't play that well... AnywhoYou realize this is self-contradictory? Either the game was winnable because of coaching, or the game was lost because of coaching. Cant have both.
They will, I have faith in their crappiness.broooo we aint finishing with a top 5 pick.
MAYBE 6-10
Hagens or Misa
I hope you don't talk about the empty net goal.Despite his goal, Hutson was just as bad defensively. Dumb turnover at the end too.

Don’t know.If Hage was 6 months younger and eligible for this years draft, where do you think he'd go?
Considering he's out performing Hagens.
Don’t know.
What I do know is they need another C badly. So if by chance Hagens or Misa is available at their turn they should take them. The habs C position has sucked for so long.
Hard to imagine he'd be outside the top 3...If Hage was 6 months younger and eligible for this years draft, where do you think he'd go?

It’s not only the points of separation in the standings that matter but the number of teams that the Habs have to leapfrog over, in order to move up. The latter element is often disregarded or insufficiently considered by most fans.Mtl actually has alright record the last 15 games and still barely budged from last
Says a lot
I’ve seen bits of his game on video that why I said I don’t know. Just like Hagens or Misa, just bits, and just going by ranking.Oh no doubt, was just curious as to where you'd think he'd go. Kid's got a ton of potential.
We could also use another RD, but not sure that would fly around these parts.
