GDT: Flames vs Devils 7:00 PM EST MSGSN2

I'm putting this one on Keefe. Markstrom shouldn't have been playing. The team not being ready for third periods is on the coach. That was as bad as it gets.

You can't play Allen every game. Markstrom has to be able to play sometimes. He was awful tonight, just couldn't hang on. The 3rd period strategy has to change.

I'm already over Keefe. He doesn't know what goalie to play. He didn't last playoffs until it was too late.

John Hynes wouldn't have had Markstrom on the ice tonight. For all of his f***in faults and all the times I f***in bashed him.

Unacceptable play by the whole team in the 3rd period. This team is a team going to the playoffs? When you can't hold leads to save your life? Are they kidding us?

4 goals on 27 shots against. It’s the goalie. Even with a more defensive third they should have had 2 points and walked away with 0.

He clearly isn’t healthy.

Well they are down a superstar and an entire pairing, with yet another top 9 winger out tonight. So lets not act like this team is anything special going into the playoffs whether or not they won or lost 8-0 tonight. Playoffs arent even a thought for me right now after a game like that. Its insulting to the fans who pay and watch.

But tonight is unacceptable for any NHL team in any situation. You gotta lock it down if your goalie is struggling like that.

Ride Allen is all we can do from here on out

Things I’m okay with doing. Firing Fitz. Firing Keefe. Trade Nico, trading dougie, trading Markstrom, trading Mercer, trading Nemec, trading timo. Buying out Dillon, haula, palat, never playing Bastian again.

This team has dog shit play going on well before Jack got hurt and has been doing this shit for years under this core of players

It wasn’t only Markstrom. It’s on everyone . They just turtle and let teams skate all over them. We are going to get destroyed in the playoffs. Like swept and beat badly each game.
Ya Markstrom let in some questionable goals but still . You can’t turtle like that and get out worked all over the ice and expect to win.
I thought at least we would salvage a tie but nope . This team sucks donkey balls

You cares about that. It’s March, we are in a playoff race. He has been terrible since coming back from injury. You play the hot goalie until he collapses or you clinch. Especially with the schedule not compressed right now.

And he cost us two valuable points tonight.
