Closest replay shows his glove was down. Past reviews were either wrong or the puck wasn't clearly shown to be "frozen".

The puck came out of his glove so fast though that there’s no real way he pushed his glove. The timing there is almost like Tkachuk hit the puck before Anderson slowed its momentum
