Then you said Reilly Smith has more 50+ point seasons than Mikkel Boedker, to which you were proven wrong.
Third you say that Reilly Smith is a better goal scorer, to which you were proven wrong.
Now it's because Smith is less injury prone and scores more even strength points.
A. Boedker has missed the following games due to injury over the last 5 years:
15-16, 2
14-15, 37
15-16, 0
14-15, 0
13-14, 0
So other than 2014-2015 Boedker has missed a whopping 2 games out of 294. Hardly what I would call an injury prone player.
B. News flash, points on the power play count just the same as points at even strength.
But hey, Reilly Smith is worth more term and 1 million more per year AAV than Boedker
