way ahead of you
My theory is @Mrb1p's absence has allowed this thread to fall into disrepair and many of us have likely become fatter as a result. It's his fault.

Anyone know where KrissE is? Discussing fitness without krisse is like discussing movies without GoodKiwi. Just not the same.
Rolling 200s tonight. I’m pumped.
My 13 month old son has RSV and Influenza A at the same time. His fever reached 103 the other day.
That in itself is unremarkable for a child in daycare. But I feel like he's always sick. Always congested. It hurts to see him this way. His adenoid plaques are enlarged and he's getting ear tubes in a month. I hope it helps.
Also what's the point of store bought thermometers? They seem to all just give BS.
If its any comfort, my youngest is just a bit older and he's sick about every month or so, and so are we. I've had to take quite a few sick days since I end up with a fever as well, which are very costly seeing as I'm not salaried. My eldest had a few bouts of RSV and ended up having mild asthma. In Quebec, the average daycare child will have around 25 URIs a year.

Kids are always sick. It gets a little better around 10. They have to build their immune system and all the viruses are new to them. Plus, they're running around with other kids and spread germs between them. It doesn't get any easier once they start school.
And they spread it to their parents too... except my wife. She's invincible.Kids are always sick. It gets a little better around 10. I didn't know that Quebec daycare statistic. That's quite a lot !
I feel like RSV was not a thing ten years ago, is that my imagination? I don't know if I ever heard of it prior to COVID.
And are you ok?
I was exceptionally sickly as a child. Turned out well. In hospital several times.I get the sentiment given the level of description I gave but I tot's not the same. He's sick a lot more often than any of his sisters were.
Mine has had nonstop cough and sniffles since starting pre-pre-K (age: 2-3).My 13 month old son has RSV and Influenza A at the same time. His fever reached 103 the other day.

A stunning and yet totally believable statistic from my experience. Wow.In Quebec, the average daycare child will have around 25 URIs a year.

Don't give up on the Pompoir workouts. That’s it. I’m not working out anymore.![]()
Is he the one that was muscle bound and into powerlifting for vanity muscles and wasn't against using steroids/hgh? Don't think I'd solicit advice for fitness from that sort, building bulk perhaps if that's the objective.Anyone know where KrissE is? Different strokes for different folks. I don’t judge. KrissE is a personal trainer and knows fitness very well. You could do a lot worse. Plenty of ppl lift weights for vanity reasons, probably the majority of lifters do. Plenty of ppl using steroids and HGH as well. I know it’s not really mainstream to be accepting of either, but depending on their purpose I don’t have a problem with either. Almost every professional athlete on earth is on the juice, same with most Olympic athletes, they just know how to beat the tests.Don't give up on the Pompoir workouts.

I don't think he advocated for them. He may have been talking about how athletes use them but I don't remember him ever suggesting that the common person should take them. Anyways, he's not here to defend that statement so let's just move on from it.Don't give up on the Pompoir workouts.
