From the moment they flipped the lines around and put the Tkachuk brothers with Eichel that game seemed to flip. The score reflected the gap once the lines were mixed. I think the next game will be extremely close, but they seemed to find better combinations then put the pedal down.

This is precisely the entire point. You really think Heiskanen prevents USA from pouring it on tonight? He’s a great defender don’t get me wrong but you’re acting like he’s Bobby Orr. Team USA might legitimately lose to Canada by a goal in which case everyone might say “Hughes could have won them the game”. No chance would that be a talking point with Heiskanen tonight.
