Hearing the Bell Centre siren at the end of a USA win must be a real dagger in the ribs for Habs fans. Oh well...
Agree on the penalty being bad. Not so much on the rest.I mean, it was extremely close until a bad penalty call at the end of the 2nd and then a fluky deflection goal as soon as they came back from intermission. Finland unraveled for a few minutes after that, but the key to this game had little to do with talent asserting itself.
Eichel and Tkachuk carried their teams to the cup
Your top player depended on Evgeni Malkin, a Russian! And they aren’t even allowed in this competition.

I think the US was clearly better tonight. What that means moving forward, who knows.
You didnt get the joke.Technically it’ll be more like 6

America gonna whoop y’all Saturday
Eh, sometimes in these types of events it takes time for lines/players to gel. At the very least they should have some confidence going into Saturday.Finland at least seemed like they had a game plan from puck drop. Maybe we did too; if so it wasn't a very good one though.
I just realized that in 20 years all three of the Tkachuks will be morbidly obese at the same time
Don't get crazy there short pants. We're not Finland. Saturday's going to be a tight game.Vegas and Colorado were team efforts
